comp help question

i have vista somone was useing my computer and the display how internet explorer shows they changed it.

instead of standard where i see my toolbars and at the bottom of the screen there is the tabs to hit to view the other open screens,clock date,quick launch buttons...thats all gone

if i bring my mouse and hold it over the top of the screen the toolbar pops back up...but s soon as i move it off there dissapears

any ideas? thanks

scroll over the bottom of the screen, right click when the "taskbar" comes up and click "lock the taskbar"
