Could you please comment my traning routine(s) and give me some feed back.

Btw, here are my stats.

Trained for 1½ year
20years of age
6,5 feet
190 pounds
Ectomorph
Hardgainer


Option 1)

Mon - Chest, Triceps, shoulders

Tue - Back, biceps, abs.

Wed - Legs, calves

Thur - Chest, Triceps, shoulders

Fri, Sat, Sun - Off!


Option 2)


Mon - 5 rep workout: Back-Biceps-legs-abs

Tue - 5 rep workout: Chest-Triceps-Shoulders

Wed - OFF!

Thur - 5 rep workout: Back-Biceps-legs-abs

Fri - 5 rep workout: Chest-Triceps-Shoulders

edit: Sorry guys.. I forgot! I lost a few pounds the last few weeks...damn it! How many cals would you reommend for med to bulk some lean mass?

If your an ecto your diet is more important than your training schedule. What do you eat every day? At your height and weight you should be chowing all the time.
