chest-bench 5x5
incline bench 2x10
dips2x8-10
crossover2x10
military(smith) 5x5
side laterals 2x10
bent over or w press 2x10
shrugs 3x10

day2 back/abs
back-deadlifts 5x5
barbell rows 2x10
chins/pulldowns 2x10
crunchs,
reverse crunch, leg lifts,twist 2xgiant set

day3 rest

day4-arms
barbell curl 5x5
incline curl 2x8-10
preacher 2x8-10
closegrip 5x5
rope ext 2x8-10
pushdown 2x10

day5-legs
squats 5x5
squats2x20
stiff leg 2x10
calves rest pause x70reps

bros with this 5x5 cycle primary objective is to build 30lbs of muscles.any better exercises that will work better pls critize.thanks
 
you wanna build 30 lbs of MUSCLES huh? lol....sorry......I feel ya.....Looks like my routine, which I love, but I hit Delts with Back and Chest solo.....reason being, my delts are usually fried after chest and #2 My chest is my lagging point...overall it's solid, but remember kid.....this game is 98% what you do outside of the gym....eat, sleep, rest..........TRAIN
 
a few things, you have too many sets on chest, you have 5x5 plus 3 other exercises, I would drop the cables as they are the most useless exercise ever. Also, doing military press after chest will make it hard to really get a good shoulder workout as your tris will be pre-exhausted from chest
 
NS - what happens when one switches from high volume 20+sets / bodypart to 5x5??? Isnt it like your body saying "Umm, is that all?" even if it is high intensity..........
