First of all what's up everyone? New to this forum, but not new to lifting, training, Muay Thai, etc... About 4 1/2 months ago I got my shoulder repaired, one of my external rotators was completely torn off and had to be sewed back on. It still feels fucked up but much better. The shoulder I think had other problems as well, I know it had also been seperated. Anyway, I have been trying to rehab it some with weights with some success. Running, training in general... I want to get back into boxing and muay thai, but I wanted some opinions, in general, or from some people who have had similar problems. I realize you guys aren't orthopedic surgeons (most of you anyway)... but any advice or experiences you can give would be great. Thanks...

No advice but im in a similar situation, I recently dislocated my shoulder in a Muay Thai fight but still used it to punch with while it was out of the socket, now on the x-ray it looks like i may have chipped part of the socket or something, im seeing an orthapedic surgon tommorrow and getting an MRI. It feels pretty fucked

yeah get it checked out quick, I sat on mine for years before I did something about it, when I did it was much much too late. It is getting better but I really think it will never be the same and that can be pretty shitty to stomach...
