Colon cleanse

I picked up Super Colon Cleanse capsules at a natural health food store. I dont have any problems with regularity but figured as much protein shakes and red meat I eat it would be healthy to do one. Has anyone used this or other products? This product isnt only for people who have a regularity problem correct?

however you need to replace the good bacteria and "Flora" that is removed from the digestive track..

a good whole foods yogurt usually does the trick...

buy some greens instead. way better.

You pm'd me about this and I thought you were talking about colonics.

Any fiber is good. Most "colon cleaners" are just laxatives and should be used judiciously.
