Please don't make fun of me but I'm looking to get my colon cleansed out with a supplement
I found the supplement online called Oxy Powder and it's by a company called Global healing
it's supposed to help with bloating, gas, and constipation. these are all problems that I've had lately. it's supposed to help tune up your digestive system. do you guys know anything about this product?

Try drinking baking soda and warm water and taking in more psyllium husk.
