Coleman's fanny pack?

What the hell is up with Ronnie and his fanny pack. Even while signing autographs even at the Arnoild he had it on. Heres what I can come up with that he has some kind of medical device in there with an iv and an intramuscular pin stuck somewhere in him at all times. So everything he uses is at very constant levels. Or at least that would be the case for the hgh bec that is injected right under the skin and NEEDS to be injected several times a day if you want to do it 100% correct. Anyone else have a hypothesis.
