It's big Ronnie lifting. Damn impressive. I dunno if "Yeah Buddy" is a cool hip pro bodybuilder thing to say, but I know I started screaming it at my school gym. It seems to help. I also don't have people bothering me.

BTW - not to advertise another site or anything, but CollegeHumor.com is a great place to sit around and look at biznoobies if you're bored. I went to the wrong school.

Tommarow when I am going to go to the gym sit at the bench and cream YAAA BUDDYYY!! and grab to to heaviest fuckin dumbells I can find and try to press them. Screamin Light weight all the way into the ground. That will show those old guys!

LOL There's guys at my gym who actually do that kinda shit. Lifting less than me but with no control and screaming the whole time...

i warm up with these

ok so maybe i dont but for a minute there i felt big thinking about it HAHA, ronnie is amazing simple as that!

At that weight, wouldn't it be better to just start making dumbells out of a gold/lead alloy?

That is some crazy stuff. I don't think I've ever even seen dumbells over 120 lbs

One of the gyms I go to has 150lbs dumbells. I've only gotten a few reps out of those. Put it this way, by the time I get them onto my thighs I am already seeing stars!

That reminds me of the time I saw Bill Kazmaier rep 150's seated overhead 43 times. Was unbelievable... He was 48 at the time.

i can't imagine what sort of grip strength you need to hold those fuckers.

i hope he doesn't squeeze his dong too hard when he jerks it.

so your saying Kazmier did 43 reps on the shoulder press using 150`s??
i dont believe that shit
i do, have you seen the kaz, dude is fucking huge. he's not ripped like a BB'er, he's big like a powerlifter. he host's the strongman thing on espn, and he's an old man now

no offense to all you old men out there.. (radar) hehe i love you man

yeah about unbelievable as when he bent a piece of iron (pretty thick) with it balanced on his head or dont ya believe that either....kaz was sickly strong and i wouldnt be the one to ever say he couldnt do something....

I was with Kaz and some of his buddies at the 2000 "O". He did 32 reps with 100lb dumbells no warm up.

ive done the 160's for 6 before. Dont think of them as dumbells , think of it as weight compared to what you can bench . Work those forearms and grip

i have done 120`s for shoulders for seven reps last week but 150 for 43 reps is fucking unreal. that has to be one of the greatest feats of strength ever.

oh bro he's done a ton of them....he was basically the man in power lifting strong man stuff back in his hayday and even into his later years...bro is still pretty jacked....

Kaz STILL holds World's Strongest Man records to this day that no one has broken, and he was the last 3-time US champ. I saw a commercial of him a few years back, 2001 or 2002, workout out in a tank top, Met-Rx commercial. He was already old then, had his grey hair and beard, and was cranking out 100lb dumbell curls like his hands were empty. I'd put him over Ronnie for sheer brute strength in his hey-day, but then again, two totally separate events, Kaz could probably never have been the bodybuilder Ronnie is.

"YEAH BUDDY!!"
"light weight"
..."nothin' but a peanut"

I have 2 of his DVDs (Cost of Redemption & On the Road) and I am amazed by his workouts. He did squats for 2 reps with 800 lbs and behind the back shoulder shrugs with 735 lbs just to mention a couple of his amazing feats. His style is a little different in that he doesn't lock out to preserve his joints, does 3 sets for each body part, and usually shoots for 10-20 reps per set. Needless to say, I am impressed by his workouts & def find his DVDs inspirational.

I'd like to see Kaz in his prime vs Pudzianowski in the Worlds Strongest Man.

Kaz would destroy him, no contest, watch some of the old strongman comp. if you can get them, he was superhuman.....

What is th best video of ronnie to buy? I think im gonna purchase one and give it to my old man. he was a BB'er/Dbol junky from the 70's Im not sure he knows how far it has came, but he will after he watches that
