cold feet?

what do you guys think is causing my cold feet and do you think there's any supplements that can help with this issue

I am suspecting based on some research I've done online that it could be from poor circulation so I'm worried about blood clots. Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself but is there any supplements that have helped you with this issue

you need to increase circulation, add some fish oil and aspirin

Bro you need a full physical from a doctor and get his opinion on what it could be. Post up your blood work here for ideas on what your problem could be.

Are you outside? If so, Could be a sweating disorder. Spray feet with anti-perspirant and change socks
