ya think i can do it. that would make my life man seriously. give me some motivation. i dont know what my BF is but it hasnt changed so im guessing around 12-14%?

Assuming you want to gain fat, this could be easy. A stict diet of donuts and ice cream along with glutamine and some test should help you achieve these results.

HOWEVER, if it is muslce you want...you better start eating children if u wanna be built, muscular-ly, like iron mike.

man trust me this is why im proud listen to my story. i used to eat mcdonlads everyday i was about 215 fat seriously FAT. i went down to 190 with cardio and then i started on this site getting good info. i started lifting weights. my buddy got me into it. hes about 225 big mofo. i trained really hard and here i am about to hit 220 with not much BF im proud of myself. i drank alot also now i dont drink that much hardly ever i have a clean diet. im happy

I saw your pics man, looking good. Just take it slow if you wanna keep the bf down as you already know. Stay away from goat meat though, its bahhhhhhhdd.

i have been trying to bring them up with heavy deadz and pull ups.


i think with my BF dropping they are looking better, but still not where i want to be

i deadlifted 300lbs for 5 reps yesterday.. is that good?
 
thats really good man. when i was deadlifting i was doing 405x3 no more though my back gets weak thinin about it

for me cause my endurance sucks on pullups, i work better in the lower rep ranges, like 3-6 range, and adding weight, cause my form goes to shit after 8 no matter what the weight is

for someone of your height yes that is fairly good...since you are taller dl'ing will be harder due to the distance the bar has to travel.

315 would look a lot cooler though

Goals are just to keep growing but keep everything in check

My chest is lacking abit so that is my focus now, my goal is 220 but I think weight is over rated I care what I look like in the mirror mostly, not what the scale says. But I still want 220 DAMN IT!

I am never happy so i am just going to keep hitting it hard

Most of the really big dlers are in the 6'-6'2" range, so you might want to rethink that.

well just for the record I am 6 feet and I do sets with 405 to 430.


I think DL is my best lift followed by bench then squat.


All are essential for a balanced look

I'm 6'2" and my heaviest was 217.. always seem to gain a lot of fat when I get up at that weight.

I'm 6'2" also and probably 17-18% on bf right now, not really sure. Last time I got it measured I was 260 and was at 12%. At 240 I had veins running up my stomach which was cool, but I'd rather be less lean and stronger.

About 23%
I had 21" arms and 32" thighs. But was carrying alot of blubber. I have since cut the bodyfat in half and am about 232 thanks to an atkins style diet high fat 50% unsaturated fats and coconut oil and high protein. Still haven't done any cardio

1, slow down metabolism by whatever means works for you
a. reduce cardio
b. drive more walk less
c. do more desk work
2. Consume more calories under the assumption you're around 2000 If lean mass is wanted increase protein and good fats for calories
3. Increase protein synthesis
a. juice
b. take supps - HMB , methoxy , colustrum (new life is the shit) , zma , tribulus
4. Keep lean muscle
a. glutamine peptides
b. acetyl-L-Carnitine
c. clen or better yet time release albuterol (sabutamol sulfate ip)
