Yeah, I was a little disappointed as well. However, in another thread he made a bit of an ass of himself again so I don't think it'll ever end, which is all anyone could ever ask for.:D
I'm just into week 2 and I'm up 5-6lbs. with little water retention. I'm hungrier than uou cruising for chicks though and that's also nice. Hoping for a great leg workout today as I'm feeling pretty damn good. Man, kind of makes you feel like you're on top of the world. Squats though, have the opposite effect...
Hope the cutting goes well and don't worry, you'll be back to bulking in no time flat.:D

I don't know about my kidneys, but I do know reading all of these AMAF posts have made me a much dumber man. If I start posting about 10 week Anadrol cycles and reflecting on the finer points of opening a vial....and respond to the criticism by saying stfu m0f0s :finger: ...somebody, please shoot me.

good gains mate. IMO if you try and keep the water down then the gains you make are easier to keep. As i said i tried with Dbol, Nolva, Winny, T3 as part 1 and on part 2 (which is now) is Armidex, Clomid, Clen (& E/C/A on alternative fortnights) & Anavar.

Must say as hard as it sounds on the liver mine was ok and adding the winny and a litle Nolva everyday gave me solid gains with all the pumps so can't be bad.

Anyway we will be accused of making this post sensible so lets hope this goes to 5 pages.

P.S. nathan have you been to Chat board and seen UOU post about getting fired *another classic alongside this one):D

Yes bridgeing and this is first time.
Thought i would try and keep little strength and cut at the same time ready for the Dbol onslaught again LOL just got to work out what to go with it.

Still started Anave in last week of phase 1 so should be kicking in. Think it might have as i am usually quite down when i finnish Dbol but still up for gym (even the cardio) so think this will work out a very good cycle but will let you know mate.

Good luck with yours and keep me posted.

Any news from Amaf yet? got a busy day at work tomoorow and could do with seeing his posts to pass the day better

This has to be the single greatest post in Elite History. Words to live by fellas.
 
Amaf do the test,deca and a-bombs all in 1 cycle.
If you just do the a-bombs you will lose all the gains you make in a very short space of time.
Take test and deca for 10 weeks and a bombs for 4 weeks at the beginning of your cycle,the test and deca will help keep some of the gains you make off the a-bombs.
