Clomid / Arimidex used as "poor man's AAS"?

I have read that many have used Clomid between cycles as a Testosterone booster. Some say that the testosterone boosting ability of Clomid can actually provide increased test levels similar to AAS ...and can be used like AAS. Is this true? How much increase do ya get?

I don't fully understand this Clomid thing. I "think" it fakes my brain into thinking I have lots of estrogen, ...but it's not "real" estrogen. Therefore my body starts producing more Testosterone to compensate for the bogus estrogen. Problem is that I still get all the emotional girly bullshit associated with high estrogen levels because my brain thinks it's real. ...Is this correct?

Lastly, I was using some Arimidex for a while when I thought I was getting Gyno. Gyno symptoms went away quickly. However, I noticed my face looking much better form wise and my fat seemed to be drifting away also. Is there any logic in running Arimidex long-term and maybe also using Clomid as a "pussy cycle"?

You can use dermacrine and/or nelson's UNLEASHED to achieve exactly what you are talking about.

I would recommend this highly over a "cycle" of clomid. Clomid is a drug you don't really want to take unless you absolutely have to (PCT), and many would argue that you don't even need it for PCT. I'm on sustain right now and i'm never doing clomid again.

I'm indifferent to the adex. i've heard of it being used like you describe before but i haven't heard anything proving it to be very effective.

My guess is it wont raise your levels enough to notice any gains. Even if you are boosted 50% above normal, thats what like 125mg TestE per week? You are not going to gain shit off that.

I haven't used my Clomid, but I've already paid for it. Buying the dermacrine & UNLEASHED sounds like a better option ...but will also add massive gains to my Visa bill. I actually have Anastrozole (Arimidex) and like the fat loss and facial enhancement. I can't explain this one. When I use it (low dose) my face looks much better shapewise. I get Dr. 90210 comments. When I quit ...It's back to William Shatner face

I'm going to "Man up" to a legit cycle near December so I'll save everything for then.

a buddy of mine, him and his wife trying to have kids he had low test levels very low doc put him on clomid raised his test levels true, but to replace a aas cycle never gonna happen

Your question is not without merit. I have heard of some HRT docs prescribing Nolvadex for the very thing your asking. This would work best in older guys who typically would be seeing a climbing level of estrogen and the Nolva would block the estrogen receptor while increasing test production.

To the specifics of your question though it's not really a viable alternative to AAS especially with the likes of say Proviron who even in the above cases I think would be a much better way to go.

You could do a three week run of hcg and potentially gain a couple lbs of LBM. This principle wont work with clomid however.

ive successfully stacked together a cortisol inhibitor such as cytodren with an AI like Adex and a HPTA stimulator like HCG and/or clomid to follow up a AAS cycle as a way to keep the anabolic/catabolic ratio tipped in my favor by inhibiting the catabolic hormones while the HPTA regains function

Where in the hell do you get legit ancillaries cheaper than aas? AAS is the poor mans AAS. Test in my area is $45 a vial, and I know some of the dudes on here pay less. Pharma grade clomid or ai's cost atleast a buck per pill.
