I understand all of the risks and dangers of clen, but I would like to try it so I know if it works or not. Right now I'm 21 years young 180 lbs ~12-11 bodyfat. Now on the clenbuterol issue, clen will cause you to cramp and make you feel like you are on crack
On top of that clen causes cardiac muscle hypertrophy, this means its literally makes your heart grow
Now cardiac muscle (the muscle that makes up your heart) is not meant to be enlarged because it is very fragile, when your heart gets too big it will collapse and stop, resulting in a heart attack
So no, no one is going to tell you how to use clen because they don't want to put you through those awful side effects
I would be more then happy to outline an albuterol gw cycle for you but I will not tell you how to use clen
Albuterol and GW:
Weeks 1&2 12mg of albuterol (work your way up to 12 in the first few days ie day 1 6mg day 2 9mg day 3 12mg)
3&4 15mg of albuterol
5&6 18mg albuterol
7&8 21mg albuterol
Week 9 work your way down each day until you get back to 0mg, at that point consume caffeine and wean yourself off the caffeine at your own pace to avoid withdrawal headaches and crappy feeling
Week 1-9 20mg gw a day (split into 2 doses of 10mg once in the morning and once in the later afternoon)
1-9 Benadryl 50mg before bed
*your albuterol should be split into 3 doses ie 12mg would be 3 4mg doses split 4 hours apart one being 1 hour prior to workout and 1 being right when you wake up
