Clenbuterol dosage: split or all at once?

Take all at once in the a.m. 36 hour half life, no need to split dosage.

Start low run for 2 weeks... do some research on here bro.

You can take it all at once in the AM, once you start getting into the higher doses you can split it to handle the sides better.

i take it all first thing in the morning, but i use liquid clen so i dont have to swallow 10 pills or so. no trouble with side effects, i mean my hands shake like a mutha especially if it cold but other than that no problems, one headache so far and advilo killed that. but it really depends on the individual

I take my liquid clen all at once at around 10pm right before I workout (I get too shaky and nervous to take it in the AM before work). I'm in bed by 1-2 am and usually have little problems sleeping.
