Yikes, I was going off of what a "trusted source" recommended. I thought it was a lot. The FAQ Talks more about tabs then liquid, But would you say I would be safe taking the .50 and going up 10 everyday until I reach 1ml. Thanks for this, I will have words with the person who misinformed me.
 
I have recently started a run on liquid clen, is 2ml in the morning and 1ml in the afternoon to much to start with. I dont know if this matters but I am about 5'9'' and 255lbs. I have only been on it for 2 days now, the tremors are bad but manageable and the headaches are mild. Let me know so I dont kill myself.

W3rd my friend. I hooked you up with a free plat for the week to help you navigate the site. Now as for clen dosing its like this my friend.


When dosing clen you will want to start out with 3 20mcg doses a day and move up 20mcg
every 3 days till you reach 120mcg max. Always spread the dosing out over 3 doses a day that are a couple of hours
apart. Never go above 120mcg and always only go up 20mcg every 3 days. Once you reach 120mcg stick to that dose for the rest of the time you are on the clen cycle. so your cycle and dosing would look something like this

day Morning/noon/night
1 20/20/20
2 20/20/20
3 40/20/20
4 40/20/20
5 40/40/20
6 40/40/20
7 40/40/40
8 40/40/40
9 40/40/40
10 60/40/40
Once you get to this dose just stay here till the end. Never go above this no reason to. Clenbuterol works as a fat burner by binding with type 2 beta receptors in fat and muscle tissue in the body. When this bond is formed, the receptors then start a series of chemical reactions leading to the production of cAMP. cAMP then produces and activates enzymes which induce fat breakdown. This whole process will create an increase in the body's temperature, which will make the body burn more calories. However, beta receptor down regulation takes place at a rapid rate with Clen and reaches peak saturation at about 4 weeks.

Because of this there has been two schools of thought formed. One is that clen should be cycled 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Going on the thought that anything past 2 weeks and your receptors are to saturated for it to be effective or that by cycling two weeks on and two weeks off one can cycle on and off for as long as they like. The second School of thought is the 4 weeks on 4 weeks off method and I lean towards this more then the later.

OK a study was done on clen. 1 group just using clen for 4 weeks and not doing anything but sitting around. The other week using clen and doing exercise. During the first two weeks both groups lost the exact same amount of BF%. However during the second two weeks the group doing nothing had no changes at all well the group who exercised dropped more BF the second two weeks and gained muscle mass. SO it is clear that it is in the second two weeks of clen we can reap just as much if not more then in the first two weeks. So long as we get up off our asses and go to the gym... Unless of course you do plan on taking clen and sitting around doing nothing at all. Then the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is perfect for you..

It takes slightly close to the 2 week mark for clen to reach peak cAMP elevations . It is within the second 2 weeks that we are experiencing the best that clen has to offer IMO. You can push this to 6 weeks by using ketotifen but I am not a fan of using more drugs just to keep pushing it. 4 weeks on 4 weeks off works perfectly fine.

One important thing that must be mentioned is that all over many forums you will see meat sticks trying to tell others that clenbuterol can be used as an anabolic or anti catabolic. They will reference a few live stock studies in order to try and win there argument. Except there is a big flaw in there argument that they have missed. If they bothered to sit down and do the math on the doses used in the studies they are referencing they would find out just how wrong they are. See the doses used on these animals, if translated into human doses, would so high that they could kill you. At the very least put you in the hospital. SO Ya clen can be anabolic/anti catabolic. If you wanted to take 500mcg 6 times a day?

Hey man, thanks for you help. No I dont plan on a sitting on my ass doing nothing so I may have to try the 4 weeks. Im working out every other day and I am on a strict calorie diet. I have a long way to go but this info will defiantly help me get there. Thanks again.
 
Just finished a 2 week clen run and can't say I liked it much. But what can you expect from running only clen? Most of the threads i have seen where there have been any numbers mentioned, there have been other stuff involved as well. So not possible to tell where the fat loss comes from. Sure would like to know more about this before i decide to give it another go.

Why didnt you like it, the side effects? and what kind of dose were you taking?
 
Ran 120 mcg at max, didn't like the way it made my heart feel, and even though my heart rate only went up around 30 bpm, I had some negative thoughts about that as well. When i think about it its actually almost 60%, maybe that's why I didn't liked the way it felt. BP went up around 10%.

Why didnt you like it, the side effects? and what kind of dose were you taking?
 
Truthfully you can get more fat lose and muscle gains from need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals then you will from clen. It causes cAMP and also works in others way far better then clen. You will always get some picker head that just cant deal with the fact that yes there are a lot of natural products that work better then drugs. Mostly peeps with heads filled of Bro'ology or dudes that have been ripped off by shitty ass sup companies ala GNC/BB.com stile lolollll.. But when you find your self a good company making products right or even some of the hidden mom and pop shop sup stores out there you can find some killer products that really do work. You are not going to find them in muscle mag though.

I ran n2slin with beast for 30 days last summer on a calorie deficit and was impressed. Think I dropped about 10lbs fat and put 3-4 lbs lean mass on if I'm not mistaken, and that was without carb depletion or carb cycling, just a good old 40/30/30 split and 500cal deficit with the occasional cheat meal:chomp:
