There is lots of info already available. http://boards.elitefitness.com/foru...d=124450&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending I have never done it but some have on here that may be able to provide info above and beyond what's on the search, however, it's pretty complete. as for your question of where to get a supply. you shouldn't be asking this on here at all.
