Clen is the biggest waste of money yet for me...ive been taking it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off...even tapering....it doesnt do shit for fat loss for me...i just think Clen is a big peice of shit....

i was using .04mcg type...it made me shake like a bitch but thats about it...CLEN BLOWS ASS!!!
 
Come on! Its not like it magically take the fat off your body. You still have to work at it. How was your cardio? Did you even do any? And if you did feel the "shakes" isn't that an indicator that it was working for you?

FUCK do you really think i wouldnt do cardio?...i do it 4x a week...and I am on Crums cutting diet...
 
I think a good fat burner is just as good as clen, and a fraction of the price. No need to spend money on clen.
 
I used it too post cycle (spiropent) for two two week cycles and the only thing I noticed was slightly more intense 'sweaty' workouts that could have been accomplished with ECA. IMO it is not worth the money.

I've used clen a few times, it seems to help keep from gaining tons of fat post cycle like I tend to, but for fat loss, I dont get shit no matter how much cardio and dieting I do
 
It works for me

Clen works well for me. I almost always lose about 5-8 pounds in 2 weeks WITHOUT radically changing my diet or doing more cardio.

I like the stuff much better than OTC fat burners. The shaking does not bother me either. I can usually get up to 120-140mcg without a problem.

My wife tried it a few times, and it did not work for her at all.

Moral - everyone reacts differently.

Im the same as you bro. I am on my first Clen experience now, and I lost 10lbs of fat in the first 2 weeks. Like an idiot though, instead of keeping the diet clean & staying extra-lean, I have considered it an excuse for eating like a hog.:p I'm still at about 195 though, whereas w/o the Novegam, I am always around 202-205. I dont get near as shaky with Clen, as I do with the ECA, or NYC. That shit has me bouncing off walls.
 
Clen worked for me.
While on diet I managed to lose body fat and seemed like a put on a little muscle.
Nothing impressive but my strength did not drop while dieting and using clen.
Its not DNP, you're not gonna start burning fat like crazy.
Clen is great on post cycle. I tend to run it with clomid.
 
Best used post cycle. But it works for me anytime. Except for oxyflux, that was a HUGE dissapointment
 
I use it during contest cutting, and I use it in the last 4 weeks, it's something that is used to get over a platue on a diet regimine. If you did it right, such as doing diet correctly for 3 or so weeks, then slowly add in a little cardio for a few weeks, then modify the diet, then add in a little more cardio, and when you can finally see your abs shining through, then you add in the clen to get through the very last hard to get off part. If you are sitting there and you can't even see your abs and are taking clen, well, there isn't a whole lot the clen is going to do that you are going to notice, it's nothing special, it will considerably help you though through a slight platue during a cutting program to get you through the last part when you are carb depleted and have no energy and it gives you the energy to keep going :)
 
I've gotten shredded on clen and diet alone, without hardly any aerobics at all. Once you get very lean add 5 to 6 grams of pyruvate a day to the clen for enhanced fat loss. You need to diet to get ripped.:)
 
yes, everybody's different.........

clen doesn't do much for me for weight loss. it does make my hands cramp up big time, not what i was after!

dnp works the best for me, combined with a clean diet and some cardio.

anyone ever try dnp and clen together?
 
It affects everyone different. What were your stats before you started the Crumcake diet? I am relatively lean all year round and every spring i do the Crumcake diet and it cuts me to shreds. How many carbs you taking in?
 
I did not like Clen at all either.I took the normal dosage for 2 weeks & lost BF but it too many sides for me.It flushed my face out into patches of red.I understand that a little perspiration is to be expected but I had sweat pouring out of every gland of my body & it gave me the shakes very badly.My friends thought I was on Crystal Meth or something.Im glad I dont compete cause I'll never Clen again.I'll stick with the good ole' ECA.

I love clen for the last month before a show. I am not familiar with crum's diet but if it is a keto diet (which i use) your thyroid could be down-regulated. Also I never do cardio and I was 3.5% last show I did t 212#.

Quadsweep: Good to see someone mention that the keto diet fucks up the thyroid. Unless you're about to compete, the keto diet is a really bad idea.

It's not about cardio!!!

Clen and ephedra (I'm not going to say ECA, because aspirin does nothing) work similarly. They're bronchialator/CNS stimulants that suppress appetite. That's why you lose weight. If the crappy jittery feeling is worth it, it'll work for you. Personally, going hungry is something I can tolerate well, until I get hypoglycemic.
 
works for me. i usually go up to 200mcg but ive gone as high as 320mcg. dont flame or i'll dickslap you
