Kim need to know your bodyfat% current diet and training in order to point you in the right direction.

Be as detailed as possible with your diet.

4 egg white
1/3 c oatmeal

Meal 2
4 oz chicken
1 c green beans

Because the receptors involved in the processing of clen develop tolerance, you are probably better off doing a 2 weeks on / 2 off cycle - by the end of 2 weeks you might be taking a whole handful of clens just to feel it working. Better to take the time off & let the receptors clear before starting the next round. You can run an ECA / thermo on the off 2 weeks because those use different receptors.

I wouldn't make a big jump up to 100 mcg (I *HOPE* you mean mcg and not mg) - because you build a tolerance over time, just step it up as needed. If you up'd it too much & the sides are rough, back off the next day - either stay at the same dose or even drop back 20 mcg or even split the tab in half & go w/ 10 mcg. You can split the dose in 1/2 AM, 1/2 PM, recommend last 1/2 by 3 pm if it affects your ability to sleep. Include taurine with it, drink lots of water.

I don't recall any issues w/ taking it on an empty stomach - might depend on you if you have issues digesting supps.

If you 'must' drink, I'd be sure to drink a LOT of water, make sure you remain hydrated and watch getting too hot. (DUnno if you are going out dancing or something?)
 
Gosh - my bodyfat is horrible now - its between 18 or 19% since the holidays because I just ate everything in site.

Training 5 days x week minimum - upped cardio to 30 mins per day min - 10 mins as warmup and then 20 mins at end of workout...weight train every workout split muscle groups // supersetting exercises to keep heart rate up and doing plyometrics too. Anything to help me burn this fat off.

Diet is same as it was pre-holidays...pretty tight (max 1200 cal x day - eat every 3-4 hours): - all low glycemic carbs (ie. veggies,etc - no starcy carbs - worse I will do is yam)

meal 1
protein shake - whey isolate - lo carb with water

meal 2
egg whites
some kind of vegetable

meal 3
tuna

meal 4
chicken
some kind of vegetable (low-glycemic - spinach, green beans, peas, etc)

Sometimes will substitute proteins with turkey or different fish
Will also have cottage cheese and sometimes oatmeal (and put my protein powder in it in AM vs having protein alone....just depends)
 
Sassy, Thanks for your replies....no just thinking glass or two of wine at dinner or something like that.

How about taking the T-Rex I have been reading about during the two "OFF" weeks? I am about to order some online right now...Thanks for help.
