I'll come straight forward and say by no means am i a body builder, I am just looking to cut up pretty quick (by summer?) and im willing to work pretty hard..Im just the average guy at the gym i'd say. I go everyday, run and do my thing but i wanna start getting into some more serious stuff. So, i searched online and from what i seen, a cycle like the one listed below seems good to loose a good amount of body fat, fast. So being a beginner and really never trying anything more then ephedra and commercial products, Is this too much? Where would you steer me instead if so? Thanks for your help!
