clen and joint injuries?

A friend told me is not a good idea to take clen when healing joint injury. I was wondering how true that is. I know it dried you out, would it have any negative effect on my healing rotator cuff injuries? I had surgery in August and it still feels like crap, but I need to lean up some and usually use clen to do it. Any advice/suggestions??
Thnx alot

I've never heard, read or experienced any joint healing capabilities of clen.

Winstrol dries you out, clen never dries you out. If I were you, I would lay off any thermogenics until you're well again. Just clean up your diet.
