Clen and heart murmur

my roomate is goin to be takin some lclen but he has a heart murmur. is takin the clen dangerous for him. i wanted to get some knowledgeable feedback since i def dont want him to have a heartattack.

STAY AWAY! The only reason that clen is bad is if you are predisposed to heart disease or have a heart murmer. DON'T LET HIM TAKE CLEN! ! ! ! !

thats what i figured. i told him i didnt think he can take it. he's ok to take sesapure, glurcorell r, and levorex, right?? also, what about yohimburn es?
