Clen and cardio

Is it worth it to stay on clen if I can't do cardio? I messed up my groin and I am going to take a week off from legs and cardio and see how it feels. Should I stop the clen as well or will it still be benficial even without cardio?

you dont need cardio if your diets on point although you will have better results with cardio i have used clen without cardio and saw ok results hope this helps
