First of all BULLSHIT on can't drop some lbs w/ diet and cardio. MEGA BULLSHIT. I've fought w/ the same 10 lb (and more) my whole life however when I want to (e.g. for competition) - at age 35, with a body type that gains both fat & muscle very easily, I've dropped down to 7% bodyfat NATURALLY with CARDIO, DIET AND TRAINING, only using Ripped Fuel as a "supp".
Again apologize since she's not the one on here, but jeezus H -- she's got no problem popping a controlled substance but "isn't real heavy into lifting"? Nice. Glad she's so responsible for her health & her body.

BTW - don't know if you are just asking w/ clen in mind or she asked you specifically -- but if she asked you specifically HIGHLY suggest you tell her to do her own research and not just ask you how to do it - her body / her responsibility.
OK all rants aside, people who think clen is the be all & end all are stupid. Any supplement will only do as well as the diet & training regimen. She can VERY EASILY modify her diet to get the results she wants. Further if she's "not heavy into lifting" she must be a cardio bunny? Great. Cardio is catabolic. Great way to burn muscle and leave yourself nice & squishy. Also people who say "I eat clean" - whatever - your body reflects your diet & lifestyle - so if she wants to change something she needs to tweak what she's doing now. Tell her to research carb cycling or get her on the women's board and it should be relatively easy to get these lbs off that she can't seem to do 'naturally'.
Clen - whatever is the form of it -- liquid or tab? Start at the equivalent of a 20 mcg tab (sorry whatever is your typical tab size) -- take 1 in the AM on Day 1, see how she handles it - nervous, jitters, whatever? If its doable, then next day, 1 in AM , 1 in PM. Better not later than 3 pm - can affect her sleep. If that works ok, next day 2 in AM, 1 in PM. If that's oK, next day 2 in AM , 2 in PM. Increase by 1 in AM or PM each day. If can't handle it, don't increase the dose the next day or even back off by 1. Go for 2 weeks. Some people use Benedryl & run it 3 weeks. Then 2 weeks off to clear receptors. Can use a regular thermo on the off 2 weeks. Include Taurine as a supp during the on time & drink a shit load of water.
Again - don't expect miracles from it just because its "controlled" - the fat burning aspect of it is only slightly better than a typical thermo, and neither of them work if the diet & trainign arent' already well-established, consistent & persistent.
Sorry for the rant but I just really want to slap people who say they can't go that extra mile "naturally". That just means they havent' optimized what they are already doing. They have no idea the power of diet and training -- and cardio is a distant 3rd in the optimization. Clen IS NOT.
