Clen 4 females

whats an appropriate clen dosage for females.. girl at the gym is lookin to drop some lbs that she cant shake with diet and cardio.. just wondering what would be safest for a female, not real heavy into lifting, just wantin to shave some unwanted pounds that she cant get naturally

First of all BULLSHIT on can't drop some lbs w/ diet and cardio. MEGA BULLSHIT. I've fought w/ the same 10 lb (and more) my whole life however when I want to (e.g. for competition) - at age 35, with a body type that gains both fat & muscle very easily, I've dropped down to 7% bodyfat NATURALLY with CARDIO, DIET AND TRAINING, only using Ripped Fuel as a "supp".

Again apologize since she's not the one on here, but jeezus H -- she's got no problem popping a controlled substance but "isn't real heavy into lifting"? Nice. Glad she's so responsible for her health & her body. :rolleyes: BTW - don't know if you are just asking w/ clen in mind or she asked you specifically -- but if she asked you specifically HIGHLY suggest you tell her to do her own research and not just ask you how to do it - her body / her responsibility.

OK all rants aside, people who think clen is the be all & end all are stupid. Any supplement will only do as well as the diet & training regimen. She can VERY EASILY modify her diet to get the results she wants. Further if she's "not heavy into lifting" she must be a cardio bunny? Great. Cardio is catabolic. Great way to burn muscle and leave yourself nice & squishy. Also people who say "I eat clean" - whatever - your body reflects your diet & lifestyle - so if she wants to change something she needs to tweak what she's doing now. Tell her to research carb cycling or get her on the women's board and it should be relatively easy to get these lbs off that she can't seem to do 'naturally'.

Clen - whatever is the form of it -- liquid or tab? Start at the equivalent of a 20 mcg tab (sorry whatever is your typical tab size) -- take 1 in the AM on Day 1, see how she handles it - nervous, jitters, whatever? If its doable, then next day, 1 in AM , 1 in PM. Better not later than 3 pm - can affect her sleep. If that works ok, next day 2 in AM, 1 in PM. If that's oK, next day 2 in AM , 2 in PM. Increase by 1 in AM or PM each day. If can't handle it, don't increase the dose the next day or even back off by 1. Go for 2 weeks. Some people use Benedryl & run it 3 weeks. Then 2 weeks off to clear receptors. Can use a regular thermo on the off 2 weeks. Include Taurine as a supp during the on time & drink a shit load of water.


Again - don't expect miracles from it just because its "controlled" - the fat burning aspect of it is only slightly better than a typical thermo, and neither of them work if the diet & trainign arent' already well-established, consistent & persistent.


Sorry for the rant but I just really want to slap people who say they can't go that extra mile "naturally". That just means they havent' optimized what they are already doing. They have no idea the power of diet and training -- and cardio is a distant 3rd in the optimization. Clen IS NOT.
 
first, look in the women's forum and you should find your answer.
I can give you a personal example (no, I'm not a female!).
My wife is taking clen for the second time and she goes no higher than 60mcg's a day.
She started day's 1,2,3 at 20 mcg's split twice a day at 10mcg's.
Then days 4,5,6 she uped it to 40mcg's split twice a day at 20 mcg's.
Then days 7,8,9,10,11 she went to 60 mcg's a day split three times a day at 20mcg's.
Then days 12,13,14 she went back down to 40mcg's split 2 X day at 20 mcg's.

Now, she doesn't need to split the dose 3 x a day when she does 60mcg's IMO because of clen's long half life. But she wants to do it and I am not going to argue over some little bullshit like that, if you know what I mean. Also, you don't have to ramp down from clen, but again, that's what she wants to do and I see no harm in it.

She'll go 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, and then two weeks on again and be done with it for a while.

First clen cycle she did, she looked awesome!
Now, she just started her 2nd along with 12.5 mcg a day of T3.
She had our daughter 6 months ago and she is almost back to her weight
before she got pregnant (which was her prime!).
She's 5'7 and weighs 119 lbs, 14% BF now.
She wants to get to 6'0 (just kidding!) 110 lbs and 10% BF like she used to be.
She's so hot! I think I'm going to rub one of now! Kidding, I'll wait for her to get home.
LOL!

By the way, 6 months ago right before she had our baby, she was weighing
169lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She's a soldier when it comes to working out.

nice post, i was meaning more towards she isnt heavy into lifting like a female body building, just in shape/athletic/cheerleader/dance build..does alot of cardio and light weights.. ill be sure and let her read this post haha, thanks
 
Don't take this the wrong way, but what if she doesn't care to lower her standard of living by dieting so hard? What if she wants to eat more and be happy through out the day? I think if she were to do the research and educate herself its not bullshit. Its a decision 99% of people who take supplements/pharm. make everyday. No one is 100%. Everyone can do more, but if it effects your life in a negative way, then why? I don't need steroids to put on muscle, but I sure do like them. So what.

Please understand that I'm trying to not to come across as attacking, but I've been active on several muscle boards for more than 6 yrs and amazing the same ignorant questions get asked, esp by women who hear something from their bf or some guy at the gym and don't bother to research it themselves and are just looking for a quickie fix -so I tend to launch into my usual soapbox speech - but also speaking as someone who has been lifting for 25 yrs, specifically dieting for 10 and competition dieting for 6 - people waaaay underestimate the little things they can tweak to make their diet work better and then start saying the only way they can do anythign is w/ drugs. Clen in particular is way overhyped and people tend to see it as a miracle drug.

So my point -- if she hasn't made a specific review of her diet for her goals, then I'm really not interested in discussing clen. Sure, just like a thermo, she can throw it in the mix, but she needs to go study up on it - lots of info on the web. She should be well aware of teh sides & the dosages, the brands, the impact of the different brands - just getting an amount to take from someone doesn't mean much if the brands are different, is it liquid or tab? What brand? Oxyflux? Oxyflux tends to be underdosed - might seem like it isn't working or have to take a lot more than so and so said, etc.

So... knowledge is power and i"ve seen more than enough girls be dumb about what they randomly throw into their bodies and don't even realize that their diet is the most important component.

Good luck to her. Tell her she is more than welcome to hit us up on the women's board :)
