"Cleanest" Fast Food choices?

Just wondering what you guys eat/would eat if you were basically forced to eat fast food a few times a week for lunch. I was looking at the Taco Bell nutritional info and was suprised to see that a chicken soft taco had like 20 g's of carbs, and only like 12 grams of protein. How does that work? Is there that much carbs in one little tortilla? Or are they giving us some type of fake chicken w/ carbs somehow added? Also, In general, what are some of the least fat/carb, most protein meals u can get from burger joints? Thanks

If you go to a burger place, get a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN (no mayo or sauces). You can eat just the chicken, or order 2 sandwiches and toss one whole bun. You'll have a double chicken sandwich.

Wendy's has grilled chicken salads, plus they also have chili and baked potatoes. You could order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches (don't eat the bread) and a baked potato.

Importance of protein post cycle!

I know many bros that once they come off cycle they think that the clean eating and protein intake is over at the high doseages they were running, if anything your body is at more of a sensative, unstable state and needs all the nutrients it can possibly take, including protein......

this also holds true with mid cycle, many bros are often complaining about how they "stop gaining" , well they stop gaiining becase your body adapts to the conditions and environment its placed in....rotating your diet is one of the only effective ways to maintain constant gains.....ratating in the sense that you taper up and down, if this theory of eating more was true everyone would be consuming10k calories/ day and that is not what i am suggesting, but merely diet influences gains on all levels, cycle/midcycle/and post cycle!

yeah tortillas have tons of carbs in them, wendys is some good shit, i love their chili, baked potatoes, the burgers are actually pretty clean too, not many carbs in them, checkout wendys.com

i like pitas

get a chicken caeser... its like 30g worth of chicken protein, then bacon, cheese, and then some vegies... tastes SO good

what a trip, I didnt even read any replys b4 I went to lunch, but I ended up going to , you guessed it, Wendys! I got two cheeseburger deluxes (99 cents each) and combined em (tossed one whole bun) w/ a chili. Wow, maybe I can eat good just from instinct! lol thanks for the suggestions, peace

any grilled chicken caesar salad from any fast food place is ok. Or sometimes i get from subway the chicken teriyaki in honey oat bread.

i took my brother to a restaurant yesterday and whilst he ate a huge pizza i had a nicoise salad, it was a great protine+fat meal :D

Tuna+salad+olives+eggs+olive oil... :D

Don't forget that Lee Priest eats lots of fast food (McD, Applebys) and he and his wife eat anything they want. Gotta love some peoples genes!

Have you seen a pic of Lee Priest off season though? He gets close to 300 lbs. He's 5'3".

any salads w/o dressing

+ add eggs (already boiled)
or a can of tuna

Sounds good. Subway is good stuff.

Anyone else amused by the new McD's "I'm luvin it" campaign with these slim healthy women shoving french fries down? Bleh.

'I'm hating it"- those new Mcd's ads.

Fast food-- BK's new chick sand -- extra chick (try to find a way to make it cheap), subway-- but those veggies suck, and the meat is salty(preservatives), wendy's chili (yeah-- I am on the wagon)

Maybe try a local deli-- not just these corporate food-chains. I am sure everyone is somewhat near a local fast-type food place that has a decent alternative.

oh yeah-- Arbys Market Fresh sand. with extra meat (tastes fresher than subway).
