BEFORE deads???? Nah....nothing before deads if you want maxed out effort.......I'm going toss them in tonight after heavy t-bar rows off the floor...........what's everyone else's routine look like?
I do them before deadlifts as well. Actualy I do all my olympic movements before my main power movements to utilize my speed more effectivly. I trained like that for years, and im not one bit un satisified with my results.
