Clean problem

It is hard to pinpoint a problem without seeing you clean.....the first GLARING issue is your stance is entirely too wide.....you want to stand as you would if you were having your vertical jump tested, for most people this is no wider than hip-width.

You may be having issues racking the bar, and/or flexibility issues related to front squatting.

Finally, it could be the shoes.....olympic lifting shoes, with a hard sole, tend to work wonders for people who previously thought they couldn't clean or deep olympic, overhead, and front squat.

yeah maybe i'll try tightening my stance to hip width, i really dont know what else to try...i do wear old beat up tennis shoes though when lifting so maybe that does have somethin to do with it

Practice front squatting and get a solid pair of shoes with a raised heel.

Also, it's possible that you may be jumping forward into a clean in order to catch the weight. There may be something wrong with your pull that is affecting your catch.

It's impossible to tell without a video.
