Clean bulking cycle

folderslide

I understand that it is necessary to put some fat on whilst gaining muscle on a cycle, however when i use typical compounds such as enanthate and deca, i get a massive head and tons of water retention. Even half a tamoxifen a day does not seem to combat this. Then when the cycle ends, I always go through a period where i loose weight and size as all the water drops off again.

Just looking for suggestions on which compounds i could try next bulking cycle? Not looking for huge 20lbs plus gains if a lot of it is water, i would much rather gain a steady 10lbs which are hard and keepable. not to mention how obvious it must be when i go on gear and puff up with water!

cheers

Not necessarily so. I used to have that mentality myself, but I have realized there are much better mentality's to have.

If you eat clean, at your TDEE or a little over... Continue to do small amounts of low intensity cardio, you don't have to associate bulking with fat gain. After all the goal of a bulk cycle is to increase LBM not fat mass.

There's no need for it in my opinion. Fat gain comes from the assumption that it is okay to eat everything in sight, in hopes that the extra calories are going to provide more LBM gain. But there is a balance. There is a point at which you can start eating too many calories and you are no longer in range of increasing LBM, but in the range of increasing fat. You've got to find where that range is for you.

Keeping away from fats surrounding high GI carbs intake, will also go a long way to keeping away fat storage.

You can also use a combination of non stimulant fat burners, r-ala, sesathin, and CLA to add a protective layer to your bulk.

I find with the right implementation of diet, training, cardio, and supplements bulking can be achieved without unnecessary fat gain. I believe the fat gain is just counterproductive in the long run...

Now if you happen to have blessed genetics, then it becomes a different story... If your over all goal is not to be lean at any time, then the fat gain I guess doesn't matter much.

Stop thinking in terms of cycles being either bulk or cutting. Unless you're training for a contest there should never be a need to do a separate cutting cycle. You should never get that out of shape. If you're already that out of shape you're probably not training hard enough to need steroids in the first place.

Consider combining the two like so:

Weeks 1-4: Eat to gain
Week 5: Eat to cut
Weeks 6-8: Eat to gain
Weeks 9-10: Eat to cut
Weeks 11-12: Eat to gain
Weeks 13-15: Eat to cut

You spend 9 weeks bulking/6 weeks cutting so you end the cycle with little or no fat build up, possibly even leaner than before. Plus you don't have to 'suffer' thru months of strict cutting; 2-3 weeks at most.

never heard of anyone doing that, if you eat cleanly while bulking, you should be fine. to me, bulking up and leaning up is 2 different things. my food choices, mostly carbs< are different. when im trying to gain weight, i buy baking potates, white bread, white bagel, white rice, white tortillas, etc. when leaning up, i buy sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. imo, that would work pretty good, but its also confusing.

Just eat good food and stick to amunt of calories. Don't eat junk and you won't get fat. Start getti g chubby lower caloies or add cardio

my bf never changed much. even when i was clearing 7000 cals. eat what you need to grow. thats it. bulk the hell out of the cycle eat as much as you can in the right ratios. if you start putting on to much fat (not water) back the carbs down at night. the food is what is making you grow. if your on gear to grow than eat to grow. its all in how you plan out your meals.

ya well nolva is going to make it worse when using deca anyway. Use adex and dostinex for this.

or just add some provirone 50mg ed to the cycle.
