Hey guys,

I competed once in physique years ago didn’t do so well then was just bodybuilding for fun and I got into powerlifting but got the itch to compete again in classic physique this time around thought I’m only just over 5’6 so my weight cut off is 175lbs I’m currently roughly 195lbs here planning on competing in 2021 would you guys have any suggestions on place of improvment that I should concentrate on, can you guys also guess where my bf% would be standing at?

Thinking I should commit to just bodybuilding? Just maintain weight but lose some bf? Would put me in the light heavyweights I believe

its up to you bro. have you been to shows to see what its like and which category fits you? do you want to go there just to do it or win? that would determine what to do

I havent been to show in a while honestly, I really want to go to win pick the category that i would have the best chances in really, both really interest me.

It is really hard to say based on the limited photos. How do your legs look? It is hard to say how much water weight you are holding.
Your upper body looks proportional. You are looking great but you need to be careful that you don’t look flat if you go for classic and lose the weight.
When is the competition? Do you have a chance to bulk?

Nice wheels. Big enough for bodybuilding.
I would say it would have to be a quick lean bulk. 12 weeks show prep. Preferably 6 weeks off and the rest for bulk. I am giving you what I would do, but I know my body well and this would work best for me. Since you have a limited bulk, maybe NPP, test, and Tbol. This will limit water retention over your normal bulk cycle.
