Is there anything negative to be said about the essential fatty acid? I've heard that in high dosages the toxicity levels are very high, any info on the cons of CLA would be very helpful, thanks.
Okay, is this your personal opinion? Is there some sort of study that validates this? Have you just heard this from other people? I've never tried it I'm just wondering where your opinion or statement whichever it may be comes from?
Firstly, there are no human studies that prove CLA's effectiveness.
Secondly, I have tried using it twice both at high and low dosages and if there were benefits they were too small to notice. As a result, I conclude it is a waste of money.
