Well i feel better now i just noticed i am like a baby now LOL i get cranky around meal time when i am hungry but after i am full i am fine!! LOL I am sure i will wake up tomorrow and feel shitty..
i can't wait to get my Ketostix to see if i am actually in ketosis or pretending to be.... would it be possible after maybe 1 week of less then 20 carbs a day to start to introduce them back into the diet say to 100G's i miss my bread and Milk and stuff..... also this diet seems to get rid of weight fast does that mean as soon as u quit the diet it comes back even faster?
