CKD and a BAD Blowjob

This is what I thought about today as my prof brought in a selection of fine baked cookies, donuts, and (for the icing on the cake) pizza.

CKD diet is kinda a like a really bad blowjob. When it starts it sucks, it sucks bad. Everything you want (carbs, sex) is just out of reach. You want to stop it, but you just think about your goal (lower bf%, sex(getting off). Eventually everything becomes numb and tired, you feel like you're getting closer, but ckd as with a bad blowjob, you'll have to give it time.

:FRlol: :lmao:

Great analogy, although almost every blowjob I've ever had was bad, but I have no problems on CKDs, the fat melts right off and I feel great . . . just not something I'd want to sustain for longer than 12 weeks.

or assholes can beat me to it :-D

Its ran for different periods of time, depending on your goals, most people say no more than 12 weeks though...Im trying to work off about 20 lbs, so we'll see how long it takes..

12 weeks...?

seems like a long ass time to go with carbs only once a week...

well I've lost 30 lbs in 5 weeks on it before when I was at 30% bf or so. of course a good amount of that was water but it worked well for my weight loss competition we had at work and I won about $200 from it :-)

Did your diet consist of fat and protein (carbs from vegetables only) ?

4 weeks i think i could handle... if i could drop 8-10 pounds in that time, that would be ideal to me...

must read more though...

I think for the first 2 weeks your body is still getting adjusted, I have seen people run this diet for 3 weeks and see no results, and then all of a sudden they drop fat like Ive never seen. I guess peoples bodys click in at different times. Ive seen people lose about 5 lbs of water weight, stall for the next week and a half of their first 2 weeks, get upset about it, then the next week, they drop like 4lbs of fat. CKD is one of those things that everyones body will adjust to differently, but I will say that it pretty much works for everyone as long as u have your diet down. Id say stick to it for at least 3 weeks until you start seeing any real results, or at least to make a judgement on if you think it's for you, results come faster or slower for you depending on how your body reacts to it.

Its a pretty simple diet honestly, you just have to have alot of will power to bang through it. I dont even do a carb up for the first week, some people go 2 weeks before doing their first carb up.

It's whatever you think you can take, diet and training are def strict for best results as with any diet. I do about 3 days of moderate cardio, 2 days of hit, and 3 days lifting. My first time running a CKD I lost about 22lbs in 2 months. Then I hurt my shoulder and gained some weight back, but thats my fault for getting depressed about it. The Diet def showed some results, fat loss while sparing muscle, I think I accually added some LBM.

Seems to be a great diet I am 8lbs down in 5 days,I am sure most of it is water because I am starting to look deflated but I can tell I have lost some fat already.

you know so many people chime in about no crabs and looking "flat" or "soft", well i tend to disagree. I think I look fantastic when i'm less bloated, more ab defination, more everything defination. Mak is a great example too as he said he doesn't carb up for his shoots. I suppose if i were to be at 5% or something perhaps i'd have a different outlook, but at my current 10-11% i like the deflated look..lol, perhaps it's just cause im a bigger guy at 6'4" 255 (after my carb up:))

PS - I am throwing my scale out the window, up down up down carb, water, cardio, meal, shit etc. everything throws it up and down its driving me insane. lol... i'm gonna re weigh myself in 3 weeks.

I love the way my abs look but my arms and rest of me looks smaller, tigher but smaller for sure, ever my friend that didnt know i wa son the diet saw me this morning at the gym and was like wow dude your getting smaller lol. That sux when some one tells you that lol,I had to explain to him that I was 8lbs down and was mostly water weight from my muscles and when I would carb up it would all come back.He looked at me like I had 5 heads lol.

meh, it's like when i threw on 15lbs of water because my AI's hadn't arrived yet, some people were like oh man you're huge/jacked whatever; well no guys i'm actually just a bloated watermelon right now. I think BBers and rec users do the best for their body after they get over their "need to be BIG" complex in their head. As for me right now, i woulnd't care if i lost ten pounds of lbm, i'd honestly just rather be shreaded to the bone and look amazing on the beach. As vein as that sounds i'll be the first to admit vanity is what started me bodybuilding and vanity is what keeps me there.
