a couple of friends recommended it to me to run w/ my cycle- it allegedly helps w/ joint and tendon pain and keeps tendons from degrading (supposedly) during your cycle- have any of you guys heard of it? they swear by it- but i am VERY skeptical of supplements in general, and don't want to waste my money- but i always have tendon pain during my cycles- no matter what type aas i use- so it might be worth a try- any feedback would be appreciated
