Only to be used by professionals that have been in the sport for years...that shits like a poison...if he can't get himself to go to the gym or take fatburners to help him, then he shouldn't be anywhere near an AS. I agree w/ Saint. I dropped 60lbs a couple of years ago just by cleaning up my diet, taking ECA, and working out. I did cardio for a couple of months to kick-start my metabolism, then just kept working out. Also, it doesn't really matter what ECA. Ripped Fuel, Hydroxycut, whatevers cheapest.

Have him do a low carb, low fat, high protein diet. If he is over 15% bodyfat have him do a keto diet.

Cardio 30-60min every morning before first meal.

Weightlifting 3-4 times per week for 60min.
