Chrysler Crossfire, Lexus SC430, or something else

Hi. I am retiring my Saturn and getting a new car. For those of you who have been here a while, you know the retirement of the "Silver Chariot" is a sad thing. But it is necessary at approx 160K miles.

I don't see a lot of cars i really like out there. I only like the Crossfire and the SC430

I looked at Aston Martins briefly, I may get one, but I am looking for a daily use vehicle. Amazingly, this city (Jacksonville) has a great British car mechanic. So I am down to these two. Which would you rather have? I have a Lexus GS 300, love it very much.

Also, any suggestions are welcomed, but I am not interested in

MB
BMW
Audi
Porsche
Corvette
Dodge Viper
350Z
Ferrari/Lamborghini etc (no good mechanics for those here, like the Aston Martin, too much stress to drive)
any SUV

Thanks.

Have you driven the Mazda RX8 ?
Low attention factor, reliable, fast and not everyone and their brother driving one.

Of your 2, I see you in the 430

I need my 626 to get me to 150K. I like the Lexus for no apparent reason.

A co-worker just got the new dogde station wagon, she loves it.
The crossfire looks great, but also pretty damn small.

i also think the crossfire is nice looking.

do you not like acuras? i think my pops is getting an RL soon.

honda s2000?

g35 coupe?

Of the two you listed I would go with the Lexus. The crossfire seems like a weird mix of Mercedes and Chrysler parts. I get scared when car companies start mixing parts from their different lines.

Unless it's the supercharged Crossfire, say nay. How these two cars are getting mentioned in the same breath.......I have no idea.

Under 35k = Infiniti G35 Coupe or Sedan (only because of the brands you have eliminated)

Over 35K = SC430 or the new GS when it hits.
