Just wondering if you guys take cholesterol supplements like policosanol and niacin all the time, or just while running things like winny that kill lipid profile? My cholesterol is very good normally, winny kills my HDL down to about 10 but total cholesterol is still under 200, and HDL rebounds to 40+ within 3-4 weeks after stopping winny. Should I take my cholesterol supps all the time or just while on 17aa's?
