I live in China. I bought these from a steroid factory in person. Total price is about $100 USD or less.
Shipping (riding my motorbike) was about $5 in fuel consumption I suppose.
PCT was all over the counter, about $5 USD total.
Factory was clean but not regulated in any such way.
inb4 its fake comments.
