I know this sounds paradoxical but I'm not talking about your neighborhood Chinese lunch buffet here. I'm talking about these great little chinese mix packets you can buy at the grocery store... Beef & Brocolli, Chow Mein, and my favorite Kung-Pao Chicken. Just gotta buy the meat and a couple veggies (and peanuts for the Kung-Pao) and it only takes about 10-15 minutes to cook. Served on a small bed of white rice... friggin delicious and damn good dieting food. Try it bros... I'm telling you... I've been eating this stuff for 2 meals each day for 2 weeks now and I've successfully lost about 4 lbs!
