Ahh crap, you're right. I don't know, I read somewhere on the board that they had the same GI. I did a search and verified that brown has a lower GI than white.Cuts said:

I think I'll continue eating white though. I'm not competitive, and I want to try to continue eating food that I'm used to.

That site says white is 56 and brown is 55. A lot of sites say different regarding white rice, but brown is around 50 to 60.
