AAP, this exactly who I was thinking about. I'm sure you meant C & K though. From my understanding he was still running strong about 2 weeks ago and is on Vacation for Chinese New Years. Confirmation anyone?

They can only go to another country if there is an extradition treaty, or the other country is voluntarily cooperating, like Pakistan is cooperating with USA against Al-Qaeda. US Agents are present during raids as observers.

US Agents can only be present as advisors. They don't have any law enforcement authority outside USA.

If it is a US Citizen that is wanted, the other country may deport him back to US.

If there is an extradition treaty, the other country may handover the wanted person on extradition requests (like Colombia does with drug dealers).

Dont believe this..If we can just go into a country and do this then something is terribly wrong. Hell, the United Nations wouldnt do this as a whole.Also, if we can do something like that, why wouldnt we just go in and take Saddam back here and take him to court here, rather than let his own people do it.

yeah that doesnt make sence, i mean why would feds go out to thialand to bust a source when the source has never set foot in the US...but lets not forget Panama and Noriega... but in that case Noriega was a big time drug smuggler.......where have our priorities gone?
