mostly diet.. i do some cardio 2-3 times a week.. have messed around with some fat loss supplements like t-rex but when I take it, it makes me turn into an asshole!

Lestat said:For your abs man, do weighted sit up and leg lifts, I did that about 5 years ago and it really BUILT my abs.. now I just do routine stuff to keep them swole.

PIck the first two......do those exercises
then do the other two 4-5 days later
or try the decline sit ups and the side hypers without weight for now

hanging helps, but I feel that lower spot burn the most with those leg lifts.The Shadow said:declines are mainly midline and up imo
hanging leg raises with ankle weights will help.......the rest is really diet...but building them helps....
