haha no work for me on wednesday's.. that's 2 for steak.. i was kindof leaning for it but id like to at least have 55 votes for one before i make a decision that way if i regret it i can blame you guys
 
steak. is it really a choice if you have steak?

the only time i like chicken is if I run out of steak.
 
steak if its lean.. if its a ribeye or something I wouldn't eat it. (im cutting)

oh it will be lean.. prolly filet migon going to a nice place not a 9.99 steak place.. im not really cutting just losin water weight.. stats below.. trying to get 7% by end of summer

lol man i use to be smaller then u before i started cycling i was 6'6" 185 :rolleyes: i was a little bitch .. i still am but im a bigger little bitch and big enough for people not to start shit so that works :p
 
I eat chicken, turkey and tuna like a quazillion times per week, steak is expensive so I have it once every two weeks or so :( Not really willing to buy cheap steak/meat either.

ALWAYS a caliper.....prefferably by the same technician at approx the same time of day....

I know based on my waist measurement and how my abs look what my BF is within 1% most of the time...but that comes form Caliper testing out the wazoo for years

i just got into serious bodybuilding so im not really knowledable about the whole BF and guessing but the only thing you can pinch on me is small amounts of love handles and all 6.. starting to be 8 abs are shown :chomp:

any advice on target excercises to get the bottom 2 shown w/o flexing?? have to flex them to see them :rolleyes:

try to actually build the muscles themselves...make them more visible even at the same bf percentage

its going great.. started at 217... at 190 now... lost 6-7 BF % points.

mostly diet.. i do some cardio 2-3 times a week.. have messed around with some fat loss supplements like t-rex but when I take it, it makes me turn into an asshole!

damn how long have u been on this diet and do u lift? how are you mantaining muscle at that rate of fat loss just out of curiousity?

I lift 3 days a week, but had 10 days off in the middle there.

I have lost some serious strength.. people say I still have most of my size, but the weight loss is noticable.. so i know I have sacrificed some precious muscle in the process.

For your abs man, do weighted sit up and leg lifts, I did that about 5 years ago and it really BUILT my abs.. now I just do routine stuff to keep them swole.
 
Yeah no cardio for me right now, I am just training hard and eating right.

Once i hit the wall I will do cardio 2 or 3 times a week but i dont want to sacrafice muscle by doing cardio too early.

PIck the first two......do those exercises




then do the other two 4-5 days later



or try the decline sit ups and the side hypers without weight for now
 
Here was what I did.

Crunches on an Ab machine at my house that I can add up to 15lbs of weight onto.
sets of 25 to start, then upped it to sets of 50. 200-400 per session

Lying leg lifts, 25 to start, then upped to 50.
Then put a 5lb dumbell between my feet, that went up to eventually 20lbs

Hanging leg lifts. Sets of 25, legs bent at first, then straight.

I did this 3 times per week for about 6 months and saw dramatic results.

When I said up to a new weight or up to more reps I mean I started at the lower then built up to more as my abs got stronger.

I wish my obliques were smaller, I used to do oblique work, but it seemed to get them bigger, not leaner... and Arnold always said never do oblique work!

You can tell by looking at your waist measurement versus the distance between the hip bones...that gives you a rough estimate if is primarilyhip width or oblique thickness...you look good..I certainly wouldnt worry about it

Thanks, that was last August.

I am down near the same weight again, have a little more muscle, working on the last of the love handles. Will get updated ab shots soon.
 
both lookin good.. i dont have a digital camera but mine look similar to lestat.. cant quite see the bottom 2 unless flexing..

been doing weighted leg raises.. weighted decline ups will work my problem spot?
 
I have never done any exercises for my obliques but they always have been real cut when my diet is right.

All I do is twists with the heavy bar.

i am also scared of getting them 2 thick BUT I am going to do that routine and see what happens.

for me it seemed like the weighted leg lifts did the lower abs...

declines are mainly midline and up imo

hanging leg raises with ankle weights will help.......the rest is really diet...but building them helps....

hanging helps, but I feel that lower spot burn the most with those leg lifts.

yeah I'm always looking for new ways to make my chicken good.. i've been making curries lately.. low fat ones.
 
yeah I dont like cameras never have.

i am confident in myself but I feel very self conscious when there is a camera on.

dont know why, been like that since I was a kid

But i am taking pics of my car this weekend because i am selling it so what the hell i will take some of me 2

My girl is already seeing my body change which is a good thing.

totally, that is one of the main reasons I take pics.. the changes are so gradual its easy not to notice and to get frustrated and think your progress is stalled.

i had the steak.. it was good.. very lean but only 10oz w/ mashed potatoes, biscuits, green beans!! good shit
