In Empire Strikes Back we know he was running around carrying C3P0 on his back in a bundle, which he seemed to be doing effortlessly. And something tells me that C3P0 is not a light droid. Running around with weight on your back like that could be a good workout for building endurance which I'm sure probably would add at least 20 lbs to Chewy's squat and deadlift estimates you guys are making.
