Well I just started my first cycle of gear. I am using test and decca, not sure how long yet have some options on that. Anyway my big focus is my chest. I have a hard time gaining in that area for whatever reason. What is gonna be the best exercise to add SIZE to my chest. Also how many days a week should I be working it(my chest) out on gear? Thanks for any help in advance
 
I do chest every 4th day(3day split). I alternate between two chest workouts:

#1
Incline BB 5x5
Flat DB Fly 3x8-10

#2
Flat BB Press 5x5
Incline DB Fly 3x8-10
 
ive stopped benchpressing for a about 8 weeks, (injury) but have been doin heavy dips, DB's and machines. focusing more on form, and my chest is getting better results because of it
 
I'm with hoozie, I'm in love with weighted dips right now too. and the other routines up there are similar to what I'm doing jus add the dips in. jus seems to bring the whole upper body together fills in the weak gaps if that makes any sense
 
bro if you are on a cycle then just about anything you do will increase the size of your chest. I would say just to keep the volume high and you will be fine. Lift hard and lots! Barbell bench, dumbbell bench, incline, dips, do them all! (just not in the same day) You will recover so fast it is not even funny. You will notice your strength and endurance go through the roof.

Like I said High volume and heavy weight will do the trick.

Try the 10x10 with a respectable weight and you will see.
 
I love dumb bells but HATE bar bells. From what I know the Dumb Bells tent to add more size if you are doing them correctly. Slow, Heavy weight, low reps. FEEL THE BURN!!! This will add size. Dips are always good too

What the fuck do traps have to do with a chest measurement?
