Well I just started my first cycle of gear. I am using test and decca, not sure how long yet have some options on that. Anyway my big focus is my chest. I have a hard time gaining in that area for whatever reason. What is gonna be the best exercise to add SIZE to my chest. Also how many days a week should I be working it(my chest) out on gear? Thanks for any help in advance
