chest/tri's back/bi's

how do you guys feel about doing chest and tri's on the same day, and back and bi's on the same day? im trying to see if i should stick to it. i just changed up my workout again- and i havent combined these in a while.
 
hmmm funny you should mention that. i've done it that way for a long time now, and i want to change it to chest/bi, back/tri, so i guess im doing the opposite of what you wanna do? anyway, it worked quite well for me, but not anymore, i cant seem to get my tris up to speed, no problems with bis though.
 
I just switched from that to a Back/chest & Tri/bi split and I'm loving the pumps my arms get twice a week.
 
i find you make the most gains when you superset arms and have 1 or 2 days inbetween back and chest
