Chest help!

IMO your volume is too high. Try once a week if you're in a rut.

This routine has been working well for me as of late (BTW chest is my biggest weakness):

3 weeks of incline barbell for three sets (10,8,6), then 3 sets of flat db press for about 8 reps, followed by some type of flye.

Then for the fourth week I do flat bench followed by incline db press, then a flye movement (same rep scheme). After that it's 3 weeks of incline barbell emphasis again.

I always use some sort of intensity technique (force reps, negatives, or something) on the last set of barbell work and a drop set on the last set of the flye movement. Hope this helps.

Thanks bros, yeah my bodyfat is around 15 right now, I have been cutting for a while, Im down from 194 to 178 right now and going strong. Im gonna keep cutting and see if that helps, but my routine is pretty steady and I do hit chest twice a week. My routine for chest is: flat bench, inclined bench, inclined or flat flies, and dips. Usually do 3 sets 10-8-6.
For flyes n dips (or any other isometric) I'd go w/ a higher rep range...10-12
