chest fat

Depends on what the chest size is composed of.

In a fat man it is probably large amounts of fat with smaller amounts of breast tissue. So you should be able to work the fat off, but you need a plastic surgeon to remove the rest.

skinny chick with big boobs.... have implants

where do you see fat ? :D

well skinny chicks still have boobs
...because of their hormones

take estrogen and you will also have boobs :(

Before I lost some weight, sitting for long amounts of time would give me red creases under my chest where the man-boob ;) would hang/fold over. When I took off my shirt after working on the computer all day, it was embarrassing. That's all gone now so I believe it can be taken off with general cardio weight loss and it went before my love handles did...

Chest fat & gyno are different things, although they can be semi-related.
Anti-e's won't cure chest fat.
I have some serious chest fat and I need to lose 30 lbs in a big way.

True. But the predisposition for chest fat, assuming you're not a giant lardass, is related to estrogen levels no?

NOTE- above is only true with caloric deficit.. yohimburn does not melt fat.. it is an enabler and enhancer of fat loss in A2 rich areas (stubborn fat) ..

"But the predisposition for chest fat, assuming you're not a giant lardass, is related to estrogen levels no?"

NO

In fact, men are more prone to 'chest fat' than women. Chest fat is not the same as the fibrous fatty tissue that women have. If the fat is 'hard', tender and mostly around the nipple then it is estrogenic tissue. If it's just a lot of subcutaneous fat in your pec area, then it will respond well to plain old dieting. The best way to tell is take a diagonal skinfold measure halfway between your nipple and your armpit. If it's a big fold of skin, then it's time to diet. If it's a small fold of skin and your nipples are swollen and sore, it's time for anti-Es.

ummm.. I am pretty sure that chest fat is directly related to estrogen levels. As I understand it chest fat accumulates during periods of high estrogen influence. Times like puberty, heavy weed or alcohol use, and as you get older because you produce more aromatase.

that was how it was explained to me. My doctor said as much as well.
