is it true that once u gain fat on ur chest it's almost impossible to work it off?
...because of their hormonesslipperydog said:well skinny chicks still have boobs
Before I lost some weight, sitting for long amounts of time would give me red creases under my chest where the man-boob would hang/fold over. When I took off my shirt after working on the computer all day, it was embarrassing. That's all gone now so I believe it can be taken off with general cardio weight loss and it went before my love handles did...

Anti-e's won't cure chest fat.
I have some serious chest fat and I need to lose 30 lbs in a big way.

NO
In fact, men are more prone to 'chest fat' than women. Chest fat is not the same as the fibrous fatty tissue that women have. If the fat is 'hard', tender and mostly around the nipple then it is estrogenic tissue. If it's just a lot of subcutaneous fat in your pec area, then it will respond well to plain old dieting. The best way to tell is take a diagonal skinfold measure halfway between your nipple and your armpit. If it's a big fold of skin, then it's time to diet. If it's a small fold of skin and your nipples are swollen and sore, it's time for anti-Es.
