Me too...they really help me to have more willpower than i normally would.


I just don't think i can do this.
Encouragement for me is Crucial... all i hear is "you're so tiny" and my hubby always says "you look fine", now of course i wouldn't want to hear "yer fat, get on a diet", but being able to talk about a diet and getting encouragement is something I need!

I do eat some healthy carbs..ie; oatmeal , protein pancakes, salad veggies, broc & cauli, green beans and spinach. And I like that stuff..really! I have some sweet potatoes here..only ate em' once, i will make some more, and I bought a bag of uncle ben's plain brown rice.
