could cause a blood sugar problem....but if it doesnt bother you its probably ok

Well I ate NO chocolate over the weekend. :qt: However I did eat a tiny piece of dutch apple pie. I tried just having the s/f jello...but that dang pie, I could just taste it, so I did! :chomp:
 
No it's not old, go to the video store and ask someone for the movie, rent it, stop at McD's grab a trio, go hoe pop the movie in and watch it while you eat your trio...

Is this weight heavy for you?
 
the barbell was heavy for me. It felt good though...pretty tough! The worst thing was trying to get it over my head, and it absolutely killed my shoulders :( The other weights were not heavy for me. But I could definitely feel the lunges working my quads and butt.

6:50 am woke up..took 2 sudafed and 2 ibuprofren,1000mg l-glutamine, ate 10 almonds.
went back to bed till 8:15. Treadmill on empty stom. 2 mi. 5%incline 3 mph.brisk walking pace
16 oz water after cardio, took 1 glucorell.
3 egg omelet (2 whites+1 whole) w/honey ham lunch meat(probably equivilent to 1 1/2 slice (it was shaved)
1/3 c. oats 1/4c blueberries , 16 oz glass s/f tang. :p
 
meal 3: salad (premade mix+baby spinachleaves) w/ lite ranch, radishes, cherry tomatoes. 6oz can tuna, lite mayo (about 1 tbs) mustard, 3 ww ritz 3 triscuits, s/f tang 16 oz.

Okay okay! I will just eat one of those delicious:goof: rice cakes w/ natty pnt btr and pretend it's a cookie! ;) Dang miss 24k you are gonna keep me on my toes I think !! :smshot: When I get tempted i'll just think of how great you look at 5ft and maybe there's hope for me too!! Tried something new this am. 1 1/2 scoop my prot.powder, 1/4 lowfat cott cheese, 8 oz water, 2 ice cubes, *now instead of my usual 2 strawberries i used 1 tbs s/f banana pudding powder and 2 measuring tsp nat. pnt btr. :p :p I looooove it! Nice to change up the flavors often ;)

Okay today ended up being a "cheat day" for me. First the bakery was having a sale on glazed yeast doughnuts so i got some for the fam. and they were giving away free samples of their toasted pecan coated chocolate covered toffee...whhhell let me tell u, I aint never gonna be able to resist that. So i ate 1 and 1/2 (daughter didn't finish hers..NUT! :p )

Went out to eat at red lobster and ate 2 garlic biscuits (after glucorellr)glass water, grilled chkn brst, shrimp scampi(ooh lala) and baked potato w/ sm amt of butter, and a tossed salad w/ranch. Didn't feel too well all evening after dinner, not sure why. I think my stomach was in shock from the quantity of food. It wasn't sooooo bad, was it? I think next time i'll get the wild rice, instead of the potato, cause i can't eat one dry and i'm sure the butter was a bad choice. They barely put any on it though, and i didn't eat it all.

glucorell r, 1 glazed yeast doughnut, :rolleyes: water.
I had 0 diet pop today and don't remember having any for a day or a few, HOORAY for me!! :verygood:

Little tip when it comes to dressing in the bottle (best at home).

Add water to the bottle when it's about 3/4 full. Works best with Blue Cheese & Ranch Dressings. It's more watery, but you won't really notice a taste diff. Add as much water to get the conistency you want.

Good idea! I've added milk before so it still tastes creamy and doesn't taste as watered down.

Lower back starting hurting on the bent over rows.(i have a LOT of lower back and neck issues). I would like to find some other exercises to try.

I had to quit the hiit, and can't jog at all. I'm am walking as fast as I can, and just trying to increase incline or speed instead. My knees have been bothering me ALOT, and still are..but are Much better now w/out the jogging and running. I'll just have to deal with it.
Still working up a mighty big sweat though! :)

Awww sorry to hear that :( and you know, if your heart rate is up where it needs to be, then walking is FINE... Hope your knees become less of a bother :rose:
 
Thanks bunny! :kiss: I really really hate it. It makes me feel like an old woman. I never ever have had knee trouble..and i've had that treadmill for 5 yrs or so. It scares me a little because my mom has always had bad knees, in fact she has had both of them replaced :worried: . BUT, she is verrry overweight and as short as I. I think it (or hope) it was just her weight that wore them down and Not something hereditary. :(
 
Do you take glucosamine/chondroiten daily?? It's really helped my knee issues.

Also be very cognizant of your knee placement when doing any CV activity.

I take what it says on the bottle -- I think mine is 3 caps daily....

Make sure you get the glucosamine/chondroiten blend....

Yup me too, I also take 3 a day, but it's not going to kick in right away, you got to give it about 3 weeks before you feel it.

I have been going skating w/the kids a little lately(skating rink). But I don't have any rollerblades. Actually i've Never rollerbladed.
Is it harder than reg. skates? When i was younger..i used to skate everywhere :) but at 36 yrs old i'd feel a little retarded.(and alone :rolleyes: )
And i don't have any outdoor areas where i live to skate....just the neighborhood roads i guess.

Ugh. If you've been eating clean for a while, sometimes cheeze, carb load & grease can make you never want to enjoy a pizza again ... :( And that's almost a sad thing....
 
last time I was cutting for a cheat meal I tried to eat nachos and I threw them up... When you are eating good for a while your body rejects the bad stuff...

Hmmm nope not really, I hate pizza. And I actually enjoy eating healthy foods, usually on my reward days I have healthy foods most of the time. Like instead of oatmeal in the morning, I'll have a multi-grain bagel. Or I'll have peanut butter on a rice cake, with slices of banana.

Really I can't eat junk food it makes me sick.
